The work place

The work place should be a fun place if everyone was knowledgeable of work ethics . But unfortunately most times people are hired without experience and on the other hand the employer just doesnt train new hirers. As a result the work place becomes an hostile environment . At this point the employee gets frustrated whenever a technical issue comes up which however leads to an argument which could be with another employee or a customer . If all employers train their staff do you think ther would be less hostility on the job?
